The Great Prosser Balloon Race & Rally:

Sunrise launches are scheduled Sept.22, 23, 24, 2006 (weather permitting). Spectators are urged to arrive at the Prosser Airport early (about 6:15 a.m.) to watch the pilots prepare the giant Balloons at sunrise.
